Build-to-Suit
Norton Asset Management, Inc. was hired by the holding company of Concord Hospital to assist in the review and analysis of program financial projections for a proposed new medical office building. We were also hired to develop financing strategies for the new building. We administer all leased properties—on and off campus. |

Negotiation of Branch Leases
Norton Asset Management, Inc. was hired by New Dartmouth Bank to serve as Advisors to determine the values for leasing their branch facilities. We amended a majority of the appraised values that were developed on a triple net basis. We negotiated initial leases with 5-year options based upon our in-depth knowledge of gross occupancy costs. This resulted in an annual savings of over $1.3 million in rent. |
