He acts as the primary contact for advisory services, including communications, healthcare and general corporate strategies for acquisition and disposition of real estate portfolios, as well as strategic analysis for clients. He is a specialist in the management of the construction process from design through occupancy and has extensive experience in energy and facility management as well as being an active real estate broker. He is a principal of 55 Housing Partnerships LLC—an over 55 housing development company.
Alan C. Roy oversees all operating and financial systems, budgets and general financial condition of properties managed by Norton Asset Management, Inc. In addition, he provides financial modeling and analysis support to the Company's brokerage and advisory activities, offers consulting services for a wide range of real estate and general business matters, with special emphasis on budget and financial modeling and management of all contract corporate and facilities services.
Ginny Brooks oversees the company’s administrative, public relations functions and advertising, including ads placed in magazines, newspapers and on the web. |
